Sustowns Pte Ltd has an unique features i.e. Post contracts and bid contracts. In post contracts only relevant products along with their specifications can be uploaded in the Add Product Request. In Bid Contract the bidding price will be accepted or denied or sold at the sole discretion of the Vendor. All the information regarding the products uploaded, sold status will be displayed and it cannot be altered by the vendors
Sustowns does not make any representation or warranty as to the item-specifics (such as legal title, creditworthiness, identity, etc.) of any of its Users. Sustowns advises to independently verify the bona fides of any particular.
Sustowns does not hold any right, title or interest, nor have any obligations or liabilities in respect of any contracts entered into between buyers and sellers. Sustowns does not take any responsibility for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of products which are out of stock, unavailable or back ordered.

There are various types of payment modes in Sustowns. They are
• Advance Payment: The buyer pays in advance for the goods
• Part Payment: Buyer pays part of total transaction value initially and after receiving the goods remaining part of the transaction value will be paid.
• Escrew Payment: In this payment, the Bank will play as nodal agency between the parties, for the agreed contracts terms and conditions in realising payment or reconciling payments.
All disputes arising out of or in relation to these Terms and Conditions and/or the Vendor Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Hyderabad, India.
