The State Bank of India (SBI), Thiruvananthapuram has entered into an agreement with the Kudumbashree Broiler Farmers Producers Company & Kudumbashree Mission for funding poultry farmers under the Kerala Chicken (Kudumbashree) project. The Kudumbashree Mission is the State Poverty Eradication Mission that also doubles up as a drive for women empowerment, under the Department of Local Self-Government in Kerala.
