PATNA: The foodgrain production in the state has registered sustained growth. The Economic Survey 2019-20, based on the achievements made in the 2018-19, noted that the potential of the primary sector (agriculture) needed to be tapped to give a boost to the rural economy and thereby, through it to the state’s economy itself.
