sustowns is currently seeking a skillful PHP Developer who is dedicated to his craft.
As a developer you will be a key member of a top-shelf engineering team with lots of growth potential. You'll work closely with the product team to develop new features for our platform.
You will also play a significant role in advancing our platform and will be responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing and launching.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Investigate and fix production issues
- Write clean, scalable and well designed reusable PHP modules
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the application to ensure strong optimization and functionality
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
- Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
- Proven software development experience in PHP (Preferably frameworks)
- Understanding of MVC design patterns
- Comprehensive knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc
- Be aware of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools
- Experience in integrating common third-party APIs and working knowledge of XML/JSON
- Knowledge on payment systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or Web Development
Junior PHP Developers : (1-3) Years
Senior PHP Developers : (3-10) Years
